How to start or stop DNS Server using command line
To stop a DNS Services on a Serve using command line,

1. Open the command prompt by going to Start and Run an then typing cmd.

2. In the command prompt type Net Stop "DNS Server" and hit enter. This should stop your DNS server.

To start the DNS Services again, use the command Net Start "DNS Server".
